My name is Lindsay. I am Vancouver Island born and raised. The forest was a place that held my heart at an early age. A place to go and venture, move but be still, listen but be silent. A paradox that I welcomed.
If I am being honest, I struggled a lot growing up. My health was rarely good. Struggling immensely with crippling stomach issues, sore throats, “strep”, antibiotic over use, anti-inflammatory over use, anxiety.

4oz bags approx 35-45 cups of tea ( as long as you use pots)
DIRECTIONS : Pour mostly hot filtered water onto 1 tablespoon of dry herbs. Cover to steep 11-15min
All blends have been serenaded inside a 432Hz Heart Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl in hopes that you may feel the healing vibrations & love in each cup.
