Local Engineers turned entrepreneurs Mike and Olivia Jani are the founders of Tarmac Creations.  Their company is the culmination of over 25 years of passion and dedication to the art of woodworking from custom furniture, built-ins, cabinets, toys, kitchen accessories and other home goods, and more. They also specialize in restoration and refurbishments of wooden furniture.

Their products are created to showcase the natural beauty and strength of wood; between colour, grain, and luster.  Each product is hand-made with focus on craftsmanship and quality.  They engineer theirr products for lifelong functionality with minimal or no-use of screws that would wear and tear on the wood over time.  They are a waste-free, eco-conscious company which is continuously looking for innovative ways to repurpose scraps and sawdust into purposeful products and uses.
