Teresa has been working with the medium of clay for five years.  Her creativity and passion are very evident in her work. Teresa has a creative gift and from her love of nature and gardening she creates unique treasures to share with you.  Teresa manages to balance her love of the garden environment with all its colors, textures, and diversity with the creation of pieces that reflect the intricate interaction of natures wonders.  You will see details and subtleties in her work that are beautiful to view and display but also often are functional pieces.  Many of Teresa’s small pieces are created to reflect an emotion she wishes to capture or an offering of respectful acknowledgement to Mother Nature’s infinitesimal beauty and wonder. 

You will find Teresa in the garden tending to the dahlia bed, planting some newfound species of colorful and fragrant flowers or in the clay studio mixing glazes, working the wheel, or loading the kiln with a new creation no doubt in some way inspired by her twin passions of clay and gardening.
